I got the lasagna and I’m gonna tell you I have never ever had a meal like this. It was fantastic. It had all the right ingredients and the sauce was delightful.
One of the best Italian restaurants I ever went to. The atmosphere is fantastic. It mimics the country of Sicily, and so does their food. Delicious, and the waiter Giuseppe was wonderful. I love this place. I highly recommend this place if you love Italian food.
Alessandro's was excellent. The server was fantastic and answered all our questions. The mussels were the largest I ever saw and so delicious. All our meals were fantastic. The eggplant Parm and pasta was outstanding.The calzones were huge and delicious. Great spaghetti. A 5 star meal.
When I started coming here 25 years ago, I thought I had experience great Italian food. Until...dining here over the years is like taking a culinary journey through Italy. From Sicily and its Arab, Greek, Spanish influences; sweet–savory contrast, to Cambrian's peasant food with intensely aggressive flavors, to Calabria's deliberately simple, ingredient-driven food centered on beans, bread, olive oil, and grilled meats. to the northern aristocratic cuisine of Milan and luxurious northern cooking centered on butter, rice, cream, and slow-braised meats. Rissotto and ossobuco to name two staples of this dining establishment. Every thing served al minuto, hot, excellent presentation. Homemade bread and handmade pizza round out the experience. Every trip is a tour via their well thought out menu, wine list and bar selections. You are worth this trip to Italy, take it.
Authentic, delicious Italiano! My favorite is the spinach ravioli! My husband loves the tortellini! Homemade bread! Cannoli! All so good! Love the atmosphere and the service is always excellent! We drive an hour to have dinner here when we are in Pymatuning!
This place is rare. The food is always top notch and all of the staff are eager to make your experience memorable. I travel for work and eat at a lot of restaurants. By far the best place I've been for service and taste. You can tell that the food is is apart of the family. Would recommend it anyone who enjoys authentic Italian cuisine.
First time visiting and will not be the last time!!! The owner and staff are so warm and friendly. You won't have a bad meal. Difficult to pick a dish? No worries everything is delish. You cant go wrong. Pastas, steaks, seafood, eggplant all of it is incredible. Highly recommend when in the Geneva area.
While visiting my cousins in Ashtabula, they said that we had to try Alessandro’s since it’s the most delicious and authentic Italian in the area. They were right. We loved it. The service is also amazing. They’re always so warm and kind. We have been there a few times and have had nothing but delicious meals. One time they had a bruschetta sampler that was fantastic. I wish they’d have it again. I’ve had the gnocchi Gorgonzola and it was good but not as flavorful as I would have liked. I much prefer the tortellini. Love the red sauce and the pasta is soft and delicious. My cousins also like the chicken Parmesan. Anything is delicious. Next time, I’m going to try something else. It’s so great to have such an authentic restaurant in the area.
The dishes we had were wonderfully prepared and tasted so fresh. Best white sauce ever tasted, and felt clean after eating it. So worth the wait and made for a special date night
Absolutely amazing food and top notch service. The meatballs were some of the best we’ve ever had. I’m not a huge fan of meatballs but would order these again. Their sauce was incredible, no acid undertones and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients and tell it was homemade.
